After ‘CHOICE OF COURSE’, in order to finalise the enrolment procedure, and by 2nd January 2024 at the latest, the form must be printed and signed before uploading it to the Alice portal.
How to print:
- If you have not yet received the welcome email, the form can be printed from the final page of the ‘COURSE CHOICE’ procedure of the Alice portal, with the ‘Print Registration Form’ button.
- On the other hand, if you have received the welcome email, the form is printable from the ‘certificates’ section of the Alice ‘Secretariat’ submenu, after logging in.
How to upload: the FORIM Registration Form must be signed on the first and second page (3 signatures), and then from the personal area of the Alice portal upload it using the ‘Career attachments‘ function, selecting ‘Secretariat‘ or ‘Career‘.
ATTENTION! Without FORIM validation, the Student Card cannot be collected!
